1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gemini Logo Remover services and related systems operated by Gemini Logo Remover ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.
• Maintaining account credential security.
• Activities performed under your account.

3. Service Description

Gemini Logo Remover provides browser-local visible-watermark removal for supported images and private cloud processing for supported short videos, along with related account, quota, billing, download, and support features.

4. Your Inputs and Outputs

• You retain rights in your lawful uploads and other materials ("Inputs").
• Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the resulting files made available to your account ("Outputs").
• You grant us a limited license to process, transmit, and store Inputs and Outputs as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service.
• Images handled through the standard local workflow remain in your browser and are not received by our servers. Videos selected for cloud processing are transmitted and stored temporarily as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for ensuring your Inputs and Outputs do not violate law or third-party rights.
• We do not guarantee that Outputs will always meet every expectation, be error-free, or work for every file type.
• Processed video Outputs are re-encoded as MP4 and may differ from the source codec, bitrate, file size, or visual quality. Video result access expires, so you are responsible for downloading any Output you want to keep.
• The Service handles supported visible overlays only. It does not claim to remove or alter SynthID, C2PA credentials, or other provenance information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload content you do not have rights to use.
• Circumvent plan limits, access controls, or security mechanisms.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service in a way that harms stability or other users.
• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive purposes.

6. Billing and Access

6.1 Payments

• Paid features are processed by third-party payment providers.
• Prices and plans may change with notice.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes and charges.

6.2 Subscriptions and Lifetime Access

• Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled.
• You may manage cancellation through the billing or customer portal when available.
• Cancellation prevents future renewal and usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Lifetime access means a one-time purchase for the benefits explicitly described at checkout. It does not mean every future feature is guaranteed to be included.

7. Refunds

Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Third-Party Providers

The Service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payments, analytics, email, or similar infrastructure. Availability, latency, and related behaviors may depend on those providers and may change without notice.

9. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every image or video, or support for every watermark variant.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, workflows, interface, branding, and documentation, is owned by Gemini Logo Remover or its licensors and protected by law. Except for limited rights granted in these Terms, no additional rights are transferred to you.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, fraud risk, legal risk, non-payment, or provider restrictions. Provisions that should survive termination, including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity, will survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gemini Logo Remover and its affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your Inputs, Outputs, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Gemini Logo Remover is established. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts or other legally permitted dispute-resolution forums in that jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
